Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the clothing is in its original, unworn condition.

Ship It Back

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
